1. Registration Fees and the Final Payment are not refundable; but are transferable on or before 30 days from the announced date oftravel, subject to the approval of Bible Tours. The transfer fee Rs.5000/-.
2. The travel date can only be after 30 Days from the date of receipt of valid passport copy and full payment.
3. Hotel and the room booking as per the availability.
4. Bible tours reserves the right of revising the price due to the air fare escalation and/or currency devaluation with the notice of 30 days before travel and the customer hereby agrees to pay the difference as required.
5. The travel date, travel conditions, itinerary etc. are all subjected to Law of the Land, any change enforced by the local authorities which affect the travel should be considered as force “Act of God”(Force Majeure) and the customer forfeits the right to any claim whatsoever.

Compensation for cancellation due to “Act of God” (Force Majeure)

1. Cancellation before 45 days of travel 90% of the tour cost refunded.
2. Cancellation before 30 days of travel 50% of the tour cost refunded.
3. Cancellation before 15 days of travel 25% of the tour cost refunded.

Declaration
I am fully aware and agree and also ensure my family members and friends on whose behalfI am making this registration, to be aware and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of thecountries that we will visit and also understand that any consequence - legal, financial andreligious – due to flouting of any norms as stipulated by the guide, tour leader and any othercompetent persons in the organizations, will solely be on my responsibility and Jesus Calls, BibleTours and their agents could not directly or indirectly be responsible nor share the financial orlegal costs attached to such violations.
